About the event
Relational Team Coaching: Illuminating the Unspoken
What is a relational approach to team coaching?
How can psychoanalytic thinking enhance our practice?
And how do we help teams better understand the complex and often confusing environment they operate in?
In exploring these questions, we will look at use of self, hypotheses and other tools to help us and client teams ‘illuminate the unspoken’ dynamics that surround them so they can think, deliver and innovate better together.
