HOW DOES A TEAM COACHING CIRCLE WORK?
WHAT IS A CIRCLE?
The Team Coaching Circle is a community-led initiative supported by ICF Ireland, designed to support Team Coaches and those in training through collaborative and engaging sessions.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
The Team Coaching Circle operates in Sprints, each lasting around three months.
Each Sprint will include multiple 60 min sessions, with specific objectives such as community building, competency exploration, and practical insights from experienced coaches.
WHAT TO EXPECT?
The Sprints are designed to be interactive, providing opportunities for co-coaching, co-facilitating, and professional growth. Join 60-minute sessions to engage, learn, and explore together with other team coaching practitioners.
